Job Description

In this permanent position you will be another valued member of our international team. Based at your home and working in your home office you will get to travel frequently as you visit our regional customers. Our customers greatly appreciate your advice and support in all areas of their poultry business, and you help them sustain, fortify and grow their regional markets. You are their trusted go-to person for any challenge, question or issue they may face. You coordinate all types of technical, veterinary or marketing support they need and all services your key accounts desire, and you put us to work for them. You are a skilled communicator and empathetic interface-manager experienced in dealing with various hierarchy-levels and reporting lines, and this ability helps you to ensure common understanding and mutual collaboration as we all work well together – you see, you are very popular already, we cannot wait to meet you and start working together!

Your tasks and responsibilities:

· Your act as interface-manager between our regional and local customers and our international team of specialists and support-staff.

· As Key Account Manager Eastern Europe you represent your customers to us and our brand to the customers vice versa.

· You assess, forecast, plan, coordinate and survey all technical, veterinary, marketing or service requests and needs of your customers and ensure we do our part to deliver and execute these timely and efficiently. If things don’t work, you inform us immediately.

· You are an ambassador and change-agent that helps customers to re-think, adjust or correct production or business procedures in case these are not yet fit to deliver on desired egg targets and local market demands.

· You consult and collaborate with our Marketing Department to ensure an effective and targeted way of regional and local communication; you help us to adjust and localize marketing tools so the characteristics and genetic potential of the H&N birds appeal to your customers and their customers regionally and aid market growth.

You Skills and Qualification:

Ideally your background is in poultry – farming, veterinary, nutrition, pharmaceutical or else – we are open! Ideally you have already worked for one or two other companies before where you gained some experience with interface-management, business reporting-lines and international structures.

Must Haves

· Background in poultry business, poultry farming or veterinarian

· Fluent in Russian and English with good oral and written communication skills, more languages are always welcome but not a must

· Highly structured, self-organized team player

· Versed in online communication like Zoom-Meetings, Teams, mobile communication

· Enthusiastic to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team located in different regions all around the world.

· Ability and willingness to travel in your region often and on a regular basis
