H&N International GmbH, the world’s fastest growing primary layer breeding companies has appointed Merrill’s Poultry Farm Inc. as a distributor for H&N “Nick Chick” and “Brown Nick” layers in the western U.S.A.
H&N with its headquarters in Germany is a subsidiary of EW Group GmbH. The company distributes H&N layer breeding stock in 35 countries around the world. H&N layers are strongly competitive in all economically significant flock performance and egg quality parameters. In addition H&N backs its distributors and their customers with timely and meaningful support from a world class team of experts having expertise in all facets of poultry management. H&N has achieved consistent growth in market share within the last 10 years and has earned an excellent reputation in the global egg industry.
H&N layers will now be readily available from coast to coast in the United States. Merrill’s Poultry Farm Inc. is a family owned hatchery business based in Paul, Idaho. The company was founded in 1924 and has been a prominent supplier of layer chicks in the western U. S. A. for over 90 years. Merrill’s has the capacity to produce 7.0 million layer chicks per year.
