En cas de livraison de poussins sur de longues distances, un poids minimum de 52 g est recommand\u00e9.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour une meilleure \u00e9closion et une qualit\u00e9 optimale des poussins, le poids id\u00e9al de l&rsquo;\u0153uf est compris entre 58 et 61 g. Contr\u00f4lez la taille des \u0153ufs pour atteindre cet objectif : programme d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage, nutrition et poids corporel de la poulette.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>S\u00c9LECTION DES \u0152UFS<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"milista1\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incarner uniquement les \u0153ufs PROPRES. Les \u0153ufs au sol et du syst\u00e8me ne sont pas des \u0153ufs d&rsquo;\u00e9closion. Cette s\u00e9lection doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e \u00e0 la ferme, par cons\u00e9quent, AUCUN \u0152UF SALE NE DOIT JAMAIS ENTRER DANS LA COUVEUSE.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incarner uniquement les \u0153ufs de forme normale et de bonne qualit\u00e9 de coquille (\u00e9liminer les \u0153ufs pr\u00e9sentant des fissures fines).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9 de la s\u00e9lection des \u0153ufs doit \u00eatre mis en place pour \u00e9valuer les proc\u00e9dures : v\u00e9rifier r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement de 60 \u00e0 90 \u0153ufs et calculer le pourcentage d&rsquo;\u0153ufs sales, renvers\u00e9s, avec des fissures fines, etc. Enregistrer les r\u00e9sultats.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>D\u00c9SINFECTION DES \u0152UFS<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"milista1\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e9sinfectez d\u00e8s la collecte des \u0153ufs, pendant qu&rsquo;ils sont encore chauds (dans les 2 heures qui suivent la ponte).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utilisez uniquement des produits \u00e9tiquet\u00e9s pour l&rsquo;application sur les \u0153ufs d&rsquo;\u00e9closion.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suivez toujours les instructions : doses, temps d&rsquo;exposition et m\u00e9thode d&rsquo;application.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cas d&rsquo;une incidence \u00e9lev\u00e9e de morts pr\u00e9matur\u00e9es (&lt; 24 heures), il est bon de v\u00e9rifier la m\u00e9thode de fumigation.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>GESTION DES NIDS<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"milista1\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un bon nid : favorise le comportement de nidification, garde les \u0153ufs propres et pr\u00e9vient les dommages sur la coquille des \u0153ufs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gardez les nids propres. Dans les nids manuels, assurez-vous toujours d&rsquo;avoir un mat\u00e9riau de lit propre, suffisamment profond (2,5 cm \/ 1 pouce) et de bonne qualit\u00e9.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il est extr\u00eamement important de faire un contr\u00f4le quotidien des nids. Dans les nids manuels, changez le mat\u00e9riau de lit et\/ou d\u00e9sinfectez le nid \u00e0 temps (toutes les deux semaines dans les nids automatiques : tous les jours et avant de commencer \u00e0 collecter les \u0153ufs, v\u00e9rifiez l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de tous les nids, par exemple, s&rsquo;il manque des couvertures ou s&rsquo;ils sont tous ouverts \u00e0 100 %). V\u00e9rifiez la pr\u00e9sence de femelles non productives cach\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur des nids.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fermez le nid 2 \u00e0 3 heures avant l&rsquo;extinction des lumi\u00e8res et rouvrez-les avant l&rsquo;allumage des lumi\u00e8res. Ne laissez jamais les nids ouverts pendant la nuit.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>COLLECTE DES \u0152UFS<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"milista1\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Collectez les \u0153ufs aussi fr\u00e9quemment que possible. \u00c9vitez que les \u0153ufs s&rsquo;accumulent dans les nids et sur les tapis.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans les nids manuels, au moins 4 fois par jour \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature normale (18\u201325 \u00b0C). En \u00e9t\u00e9\/climat chaud, la fr\u00e9quence doit \u00eatre plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Gardez \u00e0 l&rsquo;esprit que l&rsquo;objectif est de rassembler plus de 90 % des \u0153ufs au cours des 7 premi\u00e8res heures apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;allumage des lumi\u00e8res.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans les nids automatiques, n&rsquo;attendez pas plus de 3 heures depuis le d\u00e9but de la p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage et effectuez la collecte de mani\u00e8re continue pendant les 4 premi\u00e8res heures pour \u00e9viter les fissures fines.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La collecte des \u0153ufs est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable dans des plateaux en plastique d\u00e9sinfect\u00e9s ou des plateaux d&rsquo;incubation. Utilisez toujours des chariots permettant une bonne circulation de l&rsquo;air entre les \u0153ufs. Placez les \u0153ufs dans les plateaux avec la cellule \u00e0 air vers le haut (extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 arrondie vers le haut).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ne laissez jamais les \u0153ufs dans les nids ou sur les tapis pendant la nuit.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>STOCKAGE DES \u0152UFS<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"milista1\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9sinfection, stockez rapidement les \u0153ufs d&rsquo;\u00e9closion dans des conditions optimales (dans les 5 heures suivant la ponte).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9vitez \u00e0 tout moment les variations de temp\u00e9rature et la condensation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il est important d&rsquo;avoir une bonne circulation de l&rsquo;air pour cr\u00e9er un environnement uniforme.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contr\u00f4lez en permanence la temp\u00e9rature et l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9. Utilisez un thermom\u00e8tre min\/max et un thermom\u00e8tre\/hygrom\u00e8tre num\u00e9rique.
