Making a better future – INCUBANDINA S.A. and MARUJITA FARMS know how

H&N International congratulates Incubandina S.A., Ecuador, for the inauguration of their strategic partnership with Marujita Farm. Located in the province of Chimborazo it will open in March 2022.What stands out especially is that Incubandina S.A. makes ethics and sustainability the strategic core of their business.

The strategy in particular is the increase of biosecurity capabilities of the premise to guarantee the Parent Stock bird’s health and, by doing so, also enabling a greater and more sustainable production. The farm is located between mountains, so other animals do not get in contact with the Parent Stock birds.

That’s not all, of course. Incubandina also invests into optimal technical equipment, modern housing and cutting edge machinery to give their birds the best conditions and to guarantee that production is compliant with zoological parameters at all times. And they also unite all human stakeholders behind their goal of a better future by emphasizing teamwork, persistence and engagement.

Realizing the visionary idea and building Marujita as a new farm from scratch was funded and achieved by Incubandina alone.

The image shows a proud crowd of employees and supporters who work together to realize their vision of a better future. In doing so the team is lead by Javier Corrales (CEO), and supported by Dr. Freddy Paz (Director of Production), Cr. Jennette Villaroel (Financial Manager), and Ing. Marcelo Villaroel (Regioal Manager). The farm’s name Marujita derives from Senhora María Bastidas, the mother of CEO Corrales.

“Incubandina and Marujita show how to actively put sustainability to great use!” says Dr. Ronald Trenchi, Veterinarian at H&N International. He was also present at the inauguration day on Saturday, February 5 th , and held a speech as well: “Incubandina and Marujita demonstrate that high quality production really pays off, and multiple times. They show that wise investments really create more value across the entire supply chain. That’s what sets them apart in the entire region, and that’s what serves as an example how to create a better future by turning requirements for ethics and sustainability into something that fuels the business and protects all stakeholders involved – from the birds to the end consumers, who get to enjoy eggs of the highest quality. And that’s why working with Incubandina and Marujita is so positive and fulfilling! They really contribute greatly to the Ecuadorian poultry industry and way beyond!”

And that sums up their future plans: To keep consolidating the Ecuadorian market by offering the best products through and through.
